Join us on Halloween Day for some spooky wolfdog enrichment! The wolfdogs will be treated to a variety of Halloween-inspired enrichment throughout the day. These enrichment sessions are included with any Sanctuary admissions, including the Sanctuary Walk (6+ yrs), Intro Tour (10+ yrs), and the Interactive Tour (15+yrs). 11:30 am - Graveyard Dig: The wolfdogs love to dig and have some pretty substantial holes in their enclosures! We will be tossing some Halloween-inspired treats into the wolfdogs’ hole to encourage them to go down to retrieve them!

1:00 pm - Zombie Brains for Lunch: Join us to view one of the wolfdog packs being served their lunch! On the menu: ZOMBIE BRAINS!

2:00 pm - Double, Double, Toil, and Trouble: One of the wolfdog packs will be getting the taste of some witch's brew and potions! Will the wolfdogs be cast under a spell? Join us to find out!

3:00 pm - Full Moon Howl: Think wolves howl at the moon? Join us for our Full Moon Howl to learn all about why wolves howl and to hear them in action! We will need your help to get the wolfdogs to sing to us.

Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary honours that we are located on the traditional lands of the Stoney Nakoda including the Chiniki, Bearspaw and Goodstoney Nations, the Blackfoot Confederacy including Piikani, Kainai and Siksika Nations, and the Tsuut'ina Nation, within Treaty 7 territory and that we walk the path of reconciliation together.
