Step into nature like never before at Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary. Nestled on 160 acres of forest and fields that attract countless wild birds, the Sanctuary offers a truly unique setting. This fall, we are excited to introduce our brand new Birds of Yamnuska tour, an exclusive experience that combines our wolfdog experience with guided birdwatching!

What to Expect:

  • Guided birding experience: Explore the Sanctuary with an experienced birder who will help you spot and identify the many species that call this landscape home.

  • Wolfdog connection: Enjoy a guided tour of the Sanctuary pathways with a wolfdog expert, including a 20-minute enrichment session observing one of our packs in action.
  • Exclusive morning access: The adventure begins at 8:30 am, one of the best times to see both wild birds and wolfdogs at their most active.
