Tour Guide/Animal Care Attendant

Victoria has always had a passion for animals. She graduated from the University of Alberta in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Health and has pursued work in the animal care industry ever since. Victoria has enjoyed working with a variety of species over the years, from working in wildlife rehabilitation at Hope for Wildlife on the East coast to working with companion animals in shelter and kennel environments. Having grown up with a love of wolves, she leapt at the opportunity to apply for an open position at Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary and joined the team in 2022. Victoria is devoted to sharing her knowledge of animal care and welfare and absolutely loves her role as a tour guide educating the public on wolfdogs and raising awareness. When not at the Sanctuary, she most likely spending time with her two rabbits, dog, cat, hamster, and ball python
