Victoria was born and raised in Calgary, where her passion for working with animals began at a very young age. She has spent much of her life riding horses and befriending every animal she could.

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys photography, relaxing with a good book, and spending time with her hairless cat, Chicken.

Before joining the sanctuary, Victoria worked in the small animal veterinary field for eight years, gaining valuable hands-on experience and knowledge in animal care.

A longtime supporter of the sanctuary, Victoria still remembers her first visit and the impact of a tour that provided a truly life-changing educational experience. Today, she is excited to give back by inspiring, educating, and connecting with visitors, hoping to create meaningful experiences that stay with them for years to come.
